This was a little bit of a work out for me but finished it. Had no idea that some folks used the first two remedies.

The only question I have is for 24a.
I abbreviated Queen Mary to ER. How does that work? Shouldn't it be MR?

One emblazons commercial with two thirds of carol singers and Queen Mary. (Actual answer 7 letters)
One letter is missing from the wordplay.

It's the two third [letters] of 'caRol siNgers' and the two third [letters] of 'QuEen MaRy', ie ER.

This is the first time I have seen that way of clueing.
I took the thirds of caRol siNgers and stopped there.

Should it be four thirds?

I don't like it, but I think you can just about read it as '[the] two thirds of carol singers and [those of] Queen Mary'. Just about.

That's how I read it as well. And yes, the first two remedies were new to me as well.
