Well it was home made chicken curry tonight from the -freezer.
Tomorrow probably fish and chips not home made, from the freezer.
Roast chicken Sunday which I'm not keen on. But we'll get a few more meals from the chicken. Mr T makes a good Risotto. I must admit in some ways it's good not cooking any more. I just sit in the kitchen giving instructions if necessary, but he's now getting very capable. So I'm keeping him!!
