The penthouse suite by Syd Dale. An old track from i think KPM library music, a company who had session musicians put together music for use only in broadcasting. (some top tunes were made though - alan hawkshaw's chicken man as used in grange hill being one!)

forgot to mention, it was reissued a while back on the emi studio2 stereo compilation called 'the sound gallery'.
