I am having chicken nuggets with carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes with mayonnaise for a sauce. The pudding is a mousse. With a glass of beer.
Something very easy and quick for a change. Cooking for myself this afternoon/evening and too hot to spend time in the kitchen. Better basking in the garden. Spam egg and chips will do me fine.

William, we had some beautiful beers in Latvia. I'm not a beer person but they were just lovely. I'll see if I can find a pic of my favourite. There was a lovely Aussie Sports Bar next door to an Indian restaurant we ate at twice (not through choice but because we couldn't get a table anywhere else). I could demolish a beer now, if only I had a nice garden to sit in!

I would just take the egg and chips, Retro, with plenty of vinegar and ketchup.
