at our current location, for the last few hours, soaking up the sun, enjoying the peace and quiet and a couple of margaritas.
Dog has been running around, up at the fence checking for bunnies, dodging the red kites and having a good sniff.
Our neighbours are having a bbq for a birthday, they’re very nice and we’ve chatted to them and had a bit of fun but mainly have just enjoyed being where we currently are, away from home.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It warmed up this afternoon and turned out quite nice, but sadly I had to work so the best I could manage was to sit outside under the gazebo with my laptop. Whilst I was doing that, I had some pork belly in bourbon in the oven which was very tasty. Then I knocked up a quick pavlova which I shall swap half with my neighbour for some fresh raspberries. And I made some cucumber gin.
Meanwhile, the kittens have deposited a dead shrew into one of Mr BM's trainers and I am in two minds whether to say anything. ;-)

Yep, just the one, slice of lemon loads of tonic, lasted about an hour whilst chatting to my pal on Skype.
Have just spoken to my neighbour whose wife of 50 years sadly died on 1st May. I was on bed rest for quite a while so was delighted to chat with him at long last. It was good to talk.
Other than that, the estate needs attention in the gardens. When is Bob-a-Job week? ;)
