A driver was arrested after a road accident and told the police he had swerved to avoid an octopus in the middle of the road.
Police did not believe him as they could not find any squid marks at the scene!

In the spirit of Wimbledon fortnight, I bought a punnet of strawberries and looked to the internet for the best way to serve them.
It suggested that I halve the strawberries, dust with icing sugar, and pile cream on top.
Don’t do this, cos pile cream tastes disgusting!!!
