Actually, having thought a bit, what's wrong with them chugging slowly around our islands and never docking? They could be supplied whilst at sea and all the worries about infrastructure and illegal immigrants would be solved!

matters not who is in government as we are hamstrung by legal treaties, as i asked in my other thread, what does the future hold, as they just keep arriving, i imagine thye have expectations of free housing and other benefits, let alone when they want to bring over there families...
