Legal Query
I contacted the police via 101 . I had a suspicion that my caravan, which has been parked on a relations property has been removed/ sold without my consent/ knowledge. I asked if a police if a police officer could just walk past the property and confirm if the caravan was there or not. I live 350 miles away so can’t look myself. There is an ongoing rift between me and the relation. Who doesn’t answer any of my phone calls /txts.
I had a txt off the police stating unless I can confirm the caravan is not there. They’re classing it as a civil matter. Can anyone explain how they class it as civil. How would they come to this conclusion.
Thanks.
