Old Stamps

I've just found three books of stamps without a barcode - is it too late to do anything with them? One book has four plain 1st class plus two with a photo of a seal and a whale on - are they the ones that can still be used?

Thanks bookbinder - printed off the form and claimed £17 worth of stamps! Been a good day actually, after having a clear out I found an Amazon voucher for £20, and Tesco points for £4.50, and this morning sold an old dog cage for £30 so not a bad haul for a lazy day at home.
