Good morning all, very humid here ( 89%) so the mozzies came out to play last night , we get nightly visits from little wild boars who are a delight to watch , we have to be silent and they come out with their mother( read about them) never the Daddy only the Mommy , they wag their little tails like puppies, we have grass snakes too as we’re quite high up on a mountain , the view down to the coast is amazing

I bet the wild boars are lovely to see. Never seen any myself.

I remember when OH and I went to the Plitvice Lakes in 2016 and we were warned about wild bears. We were told to make plenty of noise because then the bears would just avoid us. Beautiful, beautiful place.

I would love to see the video, Bobbi. Boars and their young are such sweet creatures. When I was a child my mother would take me to the old Cattle Market in Hereford and show me the little lambs and piglets. They stunk to high heaven but they were dreadfully cute :-)

Morning, lovely day ahead, but I will spend some of it in a neighbours flat cleaning. She was taken into hospital suddenly and won't be able to do much when she returns. It's a lot cooler than mine though as it's heavily shaded by the trees outside the block

Morning, Rowan. That's very kind of you to do that for her. It's good to have nice neighbours. When I broke my leg three years ago a lady over the road who used to own a Bakery brought me loads of freshly baked stuff over - so kind.

And being somewhere cooler on a hot day cannot be a bad thing...
