I like that patsy.  It must be really difficult to colour match though.

Yes, I thought the same. There are different colours but could prove difficult. Unless Tilly dyes her hair to match hair piece.. 😁

Patsy.  The only way I can see that working well enough is to have multi-coloured hair and dye the scrunchie the same.  How about it, tilly?  ;o)

Sorry I've not been around, dog walking and food prep.

So many good suggestions from all of you. To answer questions: Yes, my hair is layered and blondie brown with highlights. No, I will not be getting the eyebrows or eyelashes to go with it! I have never dyed my hair, nor will I ever.

 

I think I'll go for buying one of those pony tails as linked by Patsy, thank you, just to hide the stumpy, little bundle at the back of my head.

Tilly, I have never had hair extensions. But a few of my friends have. Some looked good, some looked bad to the point of falling out!! I like the natural look.

I've gone for Patsy's suggestion, Sharon, and will persevere with growing my own hair.

I'd hate to end up with ratty-tatty hair. Did you friends have the cheap ones removed?

Thanks, Tilly.  I've gone for the Rose Byrne bob haircut with a sweeping fringe.  

Long hair is all well and good but it takes some maintenance and I simply don't have the time for styling it every morning.

Is your hair dark, Tilly?  I think that scrunchie might be more easily matched with dark hair.  I really like it.

That's a new one on me Khandro. In the 73 years I lived in London I have only heard cockneys call it a 'Syrup' as in Syrup off figs.

Glad you liked my suggestion Tilly. Hope it looks good.                     I'm looking to get mine cut a bit into a manageble style.  Probable something like a 'Lob' I have blonde streaks in mine.
