Good morning all.  Today it's roast beef with all the trimmings.  My favourite.

Nothing special for me, but after having friends to stay 4 days  last week a rest is welcome.  Do have some wine to use up...  I know. I didn't realise left over wine was a thing so might use it to poach some pears
