For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I think a film can never really reflect real life because the time scale has to be compressed for dramatic purposes and they need to take out the boring bits.However much a director aims for reality it can only ever be the reality of the world created in the film.I watched Batman Begins again the other night and in the features on the disc the director and other talked a great deal about grounding the film in reality.In terms of Batman that had to be a heightened reality,a reality which allowed for the possibility of Batman and which reflected the style of the source material.You couldn't just take an existing city and film Batman there as it exists which you can with other types of film.
well i do agree that in cinema...the time scale has been compressed but the human emotions...that is same regardless of cast,creed and color...u take the example of titanic...where the old rose says......I DON HAVE A SINGLE PHOTO OF JACK,HE ONLY REMAINS IN MY MEMORIES............s i think cinema does reflect real life in certain contexts of life......agree???
