Does anyone know the recipe for prawn vol au vents? Thank you

Put prawns in the vol au vents? Ok then, add some mayo or something similar as well. Rocket science or what?

Mix the prawns with some marie-rose sauce and some very finely chopped tomato. A tiny dash of tabasco into the mix. Pile into the vol-au-vent cases.

You can also make a white sauce with milk and corn flour, add some chopped parsley, bung the prawns in it etc.

Takes one lot of marks, add some spencer et voila! Prawn vol au vents ready made!
