I'm now taking the advice I never followed in the past, and keeping to more regular hours. So it's lights out at around 1:30 ish. I'll wake for the loo...then straight back to sleep.
I'll have a bad night if my joints are aching...so I often take a paracetamol plus my usual magnesium.
Lottie @ 12:10...I tend to take paracetamol before I need it also. It's mainly my knee joints. But I can go through periods where none is required...or very little.
I keep mental records of weather...and how my body reacts to some foods that are inflammatory. I have friends who react strongly to any gluten or grains...including rice. It can be limiting as rice flour is now used a lot as a filler.
Are you still using cbd oil?
