Tonight we are having Philli cheese steaks whilst watching the NFL Dolphins Vs Panthers.

so what is going to be sitting on your plate this evening?

Thanks pasta it's very close to that but I couldn't get American cheese

Chicken with some salad and maybe a small portion of wholegrain rice.

Red, you'd have to hunt down Provolone. I got some a few years ago...darned if I can remember where. I suppose online Italian shops have it. Some supermarkets might have Cheesewhizz...yuck...in their American sections.

Lottie...which dark? I'm addicted to the 85%. They used to do 90 but it disappeared.

Pasta Actually now I prefer the 70%.  It's got a nicer taste.  And I quite like the 70% with crunch bits of salty caramel.  Yummy

Lottie...I find 70%...though yummy...to be too more-ish and sweet. Too much of it can also cause my joints to hurt, and migraine. 

But sometimes I splurge on the lindt dark truffle balls. 

For bitter, I have Montezuma 100% with cocoa nibs and orange. 

Red, are you also limited by what you can get delivered?

Proper braised steak with mushrooms & onions; accompanied by creamy, buttery mashed potatoes and flute-cut carrots.

Sounds better the more I write!  Dog is on dry dust-balls with left-over spaghetti from yesterday for a bit of added interest (he's a French dog, so expects 'avec's!).

We had spicy tomato and prawn spaghetti. But, forgot to get the prawns out of the freezer, so, we had spicy tomato spaghetti 😆
