I've got a long way with this crossword, but really struggling to fit the answers into the grid. I think some help with the six-letter answers might help: 7 Become excited, with sparkling wine going over floor (6), 25 Spirited women brought back 14 - Jen's chasing (6), 21 Cook the square for Jewish community (6) and 11 Whence Frank has heroine initially run away - extraordinary strangeness ensues (6). With 11 I've seen the previous hints, but can't work out the particle physics answer (Best answer by nescio). Any help gratefully received.

JJ, thanks - and I expect you're right. That puzzle seems a long time ago now! I maybe considered Virgos at one time - and, I hope, discarded it then..
