I cleaned the toaster out tonight, pulled the crumb tray out and it looked like Mount Etna had erupted. Tipped the toaster upside down and there was another crumb slide. :>)

I only eat toast at the weekend as a change from cereal, so I empty it, wash the tray, and wipe the outside before putting it away for the next weekend.

We don't have a toaster. We use the overhead grill on the gas cooker.
