Farage was referring to not having got all that we should from Brexit.  Which is obvious given what was inflicted on us with the intra-UK border, for one. Then there are the deliberate difficulties with trade etc. due to excess red tape and reluctant to show initiative or enthusiasm to make things work by EU officials. There is the continual funding still being gifted to the EU, and the reluctance by the EU to allow us to take up joint projects that were agreed. Plus government and UK business slowness to take up new opportunities, and some businesses having such poor management that all they do is fail to cope with change (but sure can moan about it). But that was just a poor worded description by Farage. We got a lot done, but the government has baulked at pushing to sort out outstanding problems.  One has to wonder why they are so reluctant.
