Today's ITV 7 is made up of 4 races from Ascot (1st leg 1.50) and 3 from a very muddy Haydock. Any horse wanting to win there, today, will have to have stamina in abundance. Probably why there are so few runners in the 3 featured races.

Poor racing, imo, so stakes at an absolute minimum - means more to play with on the day's football😊

Omitted the 4 runner race from the usual £1 e.w. acca.

Another racing day with little to stimulate the fun punter. Done the ITV7 anyway and again split it into 2 punts. Decided to cash in the Trixie part of the bet with 2 winners already on the board. Got £63.38. Left the £1 treble as is for a poss further £121.63.
