Tv On In Daytime - Is It Just Me!??

I have absolutely no idea where or how it came about, but I simply do not have the TV on in the daytime Mon - Fri. I just do not put it on until 6pm lol. Weekends don't count lol. I know it's silly, and there is no logical reason for it, but my brain says if I have the tv on then I'm being lazy lol. Please don't tell me it's just me!!

Ever heard of Radio 3?  You should try it - you might learn something!

Usually the first programme I watch is the  Chavse, followed y the news.

brainiac---I remember radio 3. It used to be   Third Programme. Highbrow, classical, opera serious dramas etc. Started in the 1940s .

I cannot tolerate unnecessary noise.  The radio only goes on if I want to listen it, I can't be doing with it constantly burbling away in the background if nobody is listening.  Thankfully my wife is of the same disposition.

How does the panel feel about folk using the TV to listen to the radio?

No problem with that, the screen is usually off so not gobbling electricity

I like to have something on in the background. I guess it's company, or whatever. Been ages since I  had TV on before the evening (special events excepted). These days I usually put the radio on instead,  but I've no problem with it being the TV.
