Sunak And His 5 Pledges
Apparently a caller to LBC radio commented that if the Tory government can pass a law that says Rwanda is safe place – then why not pass a law that says Sunak has met all his 5 pledges?
Surely Sunak meeting the 5 pledges would be an election winner - and as the law says it is so, who could claim otherwise?
A brilliant idea IMHO.

But whether a country is safe is more subjective. Maybe the best way to set it's official status is to see of some respected nations or other groups are happy to send folk there. Like, for example, plucking one out of thin air, maybe the UN ?
