Getting A Temporary Foreigner Onto Car Insurance

My sister who lives in florida and has done so for 30 years is coming over this month, and I'd like to get her insured to drive my car. She has a florida Dl now, but passed her test here when she was 17. My insurance product doesn't allow me to add her temporarily (aviva) what other options do I have?

Seems strange really because I went to Florida a couple of years ago and the people we stayed with put us on their car insurance.  I`m surprised it doesn't work the other way around.

Canary - I don't see how insurers deciding there are some risks they don't want to cover is a "racket"?
