Don't really want to divert from the really sad news about Jonnie but really 10Cs you are talking utter rubbish about a programme you say you've never seen!! Most people on the programme have scrimped to buy somewhere abroad and I'd describe the general demographic as 'working people' or 'retired working people'. Can't recall a single poser or showboater...

His most famous co-presenter was in fact Jasmine Harman. They were the most usual pairing for a Place in the Sun: Home or Away. Jonnie usually did the Uk search and Jasmine the abroad one. She was always referring to Jonnie.
