So South Kora Goes To The Dogs...?

I wonder if eating breakfast as early as 6 am would mess up the rest of the day's eating or if it would make the need for more snacks. I am trying to be healthier and not eat lots, but I have to get up early for work and work out. My work days are long, upwards of 10-12 hours, as my job is understaffed, and I have to work from open to close some days.

It all went to pot when the company opened a subsidised staff restaurant. Then I started having a meal at lunchtime AND a meal at night - too much.
Being healthy is not about "not eating lots"...its about eating good food when actually hungry. So, have breakfast when your body needs it. As for snacks, some kind of protein is best. Fruit is ok, but not as nutritious as...lets say...a boiled egg. Protein is also better at preventing cravings for less satisfying foods.
Pastafreak. Some people can,t eat enough in one sitting, small gut and all that. I can't eat large meals, I've spent many years tell ing my other half not to dish me so much up at once. She on the other hand can eat a large meal, ( hence dishing me the same) and very quickly. So it may suit some but not all, we now cook our own meals as and when we want them. Ageing also tends to alter ones times for eating hence we cook our own ( most times)
