And all the other bits and bobs for Easter Sunday dinner, and some other nice meals for our visitors.

Also the booze to make a negroni cocktail, never had one myself but am assured by one of our visitors if we like gin and tonic (we do) then chances are we'll like this.

Oh, didn't see your question too, Vagus.  Yes, I am blinkin well suffering!  I have threatened that he may well find me at some point sitting in a corner, with a pair of underpants on my head and two pencils up my nose going "wibble".

No!!

Thanks barmaid for update. You need to look after yourself as well as him. But it's just what we do.

Ooooh I love a negroni!!! I love gin, I love vermouth & I love campari!!!!!!

Well Sharon and Rosie, I have to say it is rather good πŸ˜‹

I just made a small one to try and honestly wasn't expecting much, never been a fan of Campari although haven't had any for years, love gin, and been a bit meh about any vermouth. The combination just hits the spot though..not too sweet and not too bitter.

Will put some orange zest in the next one too, see if that makes much of a difference.

Cheers πŸΈπŸ˜‰

We've got a leg of lamb, half price in Tesco. I've never heard of turkey as traditional meal on Easter Sunday.
