I Love These Kids!
So infectious... They are having so much fun. They were part of a non profit extra curricular group in Louisville Kentucky that allowed kids to learn multiple musical instruments.

But my school music lessons were nowhere near as exciting or inspiring, quite the opposite in fact. Oooh, I'm so envious.

It's intersting to observe how some of the kids are 'simply playing the notes' (as I would have to do), whereas others are really 'feeling the music' (as I would love to do but could never manage). In particular, the ginger-haired lad is obviously a 'natural' musician.
I've posted this many times before but it's so full of joy that I feel it's definitely worth another outing here. (The 13-year-old and 11-year old brothers, fronting the band, are clearly loving their music but it's their 9-year-old brother in the background who really drives it along with his drumming):
