I have Steve kleinman's initial report on Torture and how bad it is ( at getting intelligence) and It ruined his career.  ( if anyone wants it)

HIS report began with a quote which seemed to support torture ( in WW2) and I gave him hell (K) over that and the imputed insult to ma long dead daydy. It was a true quote but he agreed that it was positioned in an unfortunate position.

(not too diff for AB is it? true quote but bad pozzy ? Even the mods have been known to fail at the lowest hurdlle).

(b) Comey features - he is the one that was asked by Trump " are you my man?" and Comey said " Mr President I am guided by the principles of the founding fathers and the American carnstitootion" Trump fired him. He heard the news on the radio

When Barr or Sessions said - "they told us it was legal." - that was Comey - - whaaaaaat? Yes comey was the one that said the techniques were not torture. 

Comey grew a back bone later on. See (b).

So the story is long and .... tortuous

it turns out to be solely about kicking the crap oudda German prisoners in WW2.  I am certain it comes to the fore over waterboarding Guantanamo prisoners 2001.

In 2014, Colonel Kleinman was named one of "Nine Heroes Who Stood Up Against Torture" by Human Rights First.[15] - You dont get pay-rises if you win a hero contest like that !
