my  neighbour  had  a  kidney  transplant  / still has  to  do  blood  test / dialisis  3 times  a  week /i  wonder  why  dialisis  when  she  has  a  new  kidney

The new kidney might need some help while it adjusts following surgery. It might not be fully functioning. Blood tests are normal following transplant

It may be the new kidney isn't working,   dialysis three times a week seems a lot to support a new one,  hopefully it will 'wake up'  Blood tests are to spot changes and adjust dialysis, they should be reduced over time if the kidney works eventually to about about every three months
