Week 26? Already??? Get those sprouts on for Christmas, everyone!
I scored a less-than-impressive THREE out of seven on the main quiz this week:
https:/
. . . and a middling THREE out of five on the junior quiz:

Your turn!

I've never really enjoyed watching athletics, Campbellking. (That's probably not particularly surprising though as, with the exception of cricket, I'm not really into any spectator sports at all).
I hope that your feline friends will forgive you for abandoning them for while. (Lots of Dreamies will be needed I think!).
My three seem to be OK, although I spent several hours today looking for Moonbeam, and calling him, before finally finding him curled up in a corner of the garden. (I think that he might just be feeling a little poorly, in the way that most cats do from time to time, but at least I now know that he's not missing. So I'm in a lot less of a panic than I was earlier on today!)
Whee! I'm on a spree! (I am a poet and I didn't know it!).
Bit of an inprovement here - 4/5 and 4/7 = 8 aggregate.
How are the kitties? Tyke has eased off poo-ing after being wormed. Very sad this evening, we bade goodbye to a friend's labrador, who has inoperable cancer and a couple of weeks to live. I provided a sea of treats and the painkillers have kicked in so she is in for an earthly heaven for the next 2/3 weeks. She lives most of the time down south, in Dorset ,and her owners are taking her home tomorrow. Our Tyke will miss her so much - his tail starts wagging when he sees her approaching on our morning walks.
Sorry, probably not the right post for this -ignore everyone.
Well done on joining the elite group at the top of the table this week, Jourdain2!
The news about your friend's lab is very sad though. (I remember when my friend's border collie, which I'd helped him find from a rescue centre, was diagnosed with bowel cancer). I hope that she'll be able to enjoy whatever time she might have left.
Your reference to worming pets has reminded me that I must get my lot done. Fortunately, they don't seem to mind having crushed pumpkin seeds added to their food, so the task shouldn't be too difficult. (I've found that pumpkin seeds are an excellent natural de-wormer).
Good Evening, Chris!
Better results for me this week,
5/7, 4/5
Hope this continues!
I must admit I'm feeling a little bit like Moonbeam myself at the moment - a bit droopy of late due to all the hot weather and would like to take myself off to a shady nook undisturbed.
Glad that you know where he is especially after the worry from Tablo's recent disappearing act. Hoping Chequers and Tablo are in great spirits and that Moonbeam will soon be back to his old self.
Wishing you and the kitties a wonderful week ahead :-)
I suppose that it could have been worse, Wolfie! Better luck next week!
Wow, Karamia! You're in first place at the moment! Well done!
I've just been outside to check up on poor little Moonbeam. He's still curled up in, a dip in the ground, and not showing much interest in anything other than going back to sleep. I'll keep monitoring him but I've learned from past experiences that cats can seem poorly one moment and then bounce back to full health just a short time later. (It could just be a reaction to the flea tablet that I hid in his food last night).
We all hope that you'll have a good week!
Joint top, Lie-in King!
Well done!
'Passable' scores, anyway, Haras2!
That was obviously a very quiet wedding!
Moonbeam seems to be a bit under the weather at the moment (see above) butI'm hoping that he'll be fine by the morning. The other two little darlings are well though.
I'm still hoping that you'll be telling us about the arrival of a new cat friend in your life very soon!
Have a good week!
