Masonary paint and a brush.
If the wall is dirty/mossy etc then clean with a stiff brush and a mild acid or fungicidal solution (DIY Store). You may wish to seal the surface with a stabilising agent once dry to ensure that it will not flake or crumble - particularly if it is an older brick or badly weathered. Once sealed, use a good quality masonry paint and a roller for speed.
