Can Dogs Really Look Up?

I Have posted this question to solve this i am completely confused by it some say they can but others say they dont because when they want to look upward they tilt there head

So i am asking for all the people with dogs to post in

if my dog is looking for something she will look everywhere but up, however if i have something in my hand and guide it over her head she will look up, so yes my dog can look up. i would suggest that you do some sort of survey to get an official result.

Haven't you ever seen the way puppies do that cute little face when they rest their head on their paws then look up with just their eyes? So cute!

My dog will sit under a tree and look up for ages usually when a squirrel has just run up into said tree!!

just like humans, my dog can roll her eyes uo so far, then needs to lift here head

Yes, my dogs look up at squirrels, birds, bugs, planes...

When I throw frisbees for my dog, she runs after them and throws herslef in the air.......

She can look up, but has a very small mouth.

Well i really mean look up wiv the eyes rolling because some people say that they cant look up vertical like this i have tried this on my dog and she tilted her head i tried holding her head still but she tried to bite me

Your all absolute IDIOT ! OF course dogs can look up you total fools. THey look wherever they want to. My dog recently had a hobby of plane watching. Whenever a plane were to fly overhead he would watch it go by. The same happens with Birds and other various things such as REM. He also used to hunt down and kill daddy long lie. He would wait patiently and strike when the time was right. Unfortunately now he is fairly old and has a bad case of arthritus in the legs from pouncing and the neck from the excersize of looking upwards. I've warned him on various occasions but he somehow does not pay attention to my wise advice. He is a weimeraner and damn good. Love you all, peace out brothers x x x x x x x
