Can't Get My Site To Come Fully Up

Yo know there is a quarter bit of "undersite" page - I know you just have to click onto that heighten thing on the top right side  but I can't get it.  Anybody know how.  Thanks

i do press F11 and it works for just seconds

Click on the three dots  ... top right and reduce Zoom using the minus - sign.

Good to know you have it sorted, Before I jab at a few buttons I mumble and grumble a few choice words (hoping no-ones in earshot) and walk away whilst it re-boots.
