I trying to put password online but have forgotten how to get capital letters. There is a key with Aa on q I haven't been able to get anywhere

Is it a physical keyboard or onscreen keyboard operated with your remote?

On my keyboard on the TV there is an upward arrow to the left of the number 1 key on the top row.

Click on that and you'll see capitals.
