hi there , have any of you ever bashed a work van more than once?

i have a driver who has bashed the van about 10 times, nothing serious but little knocks.........he has been with me for 8 years and for the first time yesterday he admited a new dent was his fault!!

oh how we laughed!!!!

A guy at my work almost wrote a van of as the damage was more than 3 grand and only been in the job 7 months. Hes still with us lol.

i had a lorry driver who managed to drive for 10 miles with the back of his 4 tonne lorry on fire without realising. it had been caused by a tyre blowout, again he hadnt noticed. He then tried to claim cost of his jacket as he had tried to beat the flames out with it.
Same driver also locked himself out of 4 tonne lorry (this time a hire vehicle) and instead of breaking small window to gain access he borrowed a mates disc cutter and cut out the lock from the door.
He also had a few knocks but these were nothing in comparisson

i have knocked mine for the second time ,in a year , only do 2 days a week . the bss is mad so i offered to pay myself and he said ok!! its a pretty big van and has alot of orders so am on the road loads in that time ,, feel really disappointed with myself . he is still grumbling about it . feel like saying up ..... !
