I don't believe it- a post from gulliver or nicebloke that brings Mone, Boris or Hancock into it as a diversion. Who'd have thought it.

Anyway gulliver, Sir Keir was the DPP- he should know a thing or two about how to bring charges. Do you think he will? I wish he would but I doubt he will. Do you have more confidence in him?
