Just Had A Run In With A Lecky Scooter Idiot....
Walking back from lunch some eejit came up behind me on one of those illegal electric scooter things shouting abuse. I stayed where I was be barged past I pushed him into the frog, then threw his scooter over a hedge. He gave me some north obviously but I said that he was illegal, He agreed but offered "it's also illegal on the road but it's safer on the pavement"! I said he was a gutless piece of thrupney and walked on while he got his scooter out of the garden. He later rode past on the frog, I'm doing teaching now!

Thank you sandyRoe, once TTT said 'punch' I did get it. I swear he makes it up as he goes along.
I came home yesterday and outside the house there was a lad lying on the road. It looked like he had come off one of those powered scooters and was in a bit of a state with what looked like a broken leg and his face covered in blood. He was surrounded by concerned neighbours and passers by and I rushed up and said "stand back, let me through". Some one asked are you a doctor ... I said no, "he's got my kin pizza".
TTT, I suspect you may have done something which others would not have dared do but would have put a smile on a few of their faces.
I was visiting a friend for the weekend last week and parked in her drive waiting for her to come home. I was amazed to see 2 people on said illegal transport really tearing up the pavement. One woman must have been in her 50's and had head phones on as she fairly whizzed past me. My friend said it was a very common occurance :(
I don't see anything like that living in the countryside, thank goodness.
You do realise that had you foiled a mugging you may have beeen hailed a hero by some on here? Different rules for types of law-breaking it is then.
