Following the excellent ITV drama, a documentary with the real Delia, the woman who survived a vicious attack by her serial killer boyfriend.  Highly recommended.

I watched the drama, watching the 'real Delia' afterwards was a bit like watching a repeat programme.

The ITV drama was certainly accurate.

A very good drama.

We watched it. Excellent!.

Anna Maxwell Martin's interpretation of Delia, was spot on!

I must just tell you.

My eldest daughter watched the series & the documentary. She was surprised when she learned that John Sweeney lived in Finsbury Park, as she lived there at one time. So she looked it up after and found out it was on  Digby Crescent. A few houses down from where she lived, with three other female students who were studying at UCL at the time. Not only that, she used to work part time in the local pub where Sweeny used to frequently go. She felt quite chilled to think she may have had served/ spoken, passed him on the street etc. She was just 20 at the time. It's a small world. Scary!
