Which is correct , 'of who it might be said', or 'of whom it might be said.'?

I would use "whom" but then again my grammer's dead wrong ;-)
'of whom it might be said.'
Of whom it might be said
'Of' is a preposition, meaning that it should be followed by 'whom', rather than by 'who'.

the same as he and him (for example). Thus "of him it might be said" rather than "of he it might be said"
