I doubt you'd get this job but so long as you can fit the interview in around your Selco shift you may find the interview will give you some useful interview practice and will give you an idea of whether jobs like this are suitable for you.
However I think the more basic warehouse job looks more feasible for you, provided you really can do pallet building and have the physical attributes. Maybe it's better to just focus on that job application.
