KHANDRO, you made no mention of a passport or ID, you claimed there had been a change in the law and folk  needed a visa to enter Hungary.

That is clearly not the case.

A person needs a visa to enter Hungary if no other form of ID is acceptable by the government. 

The idea is to make illegal entry to their country a criminal offence. Don't you understand that?
