Good evening, all!

Another rubbish week for me, with just TWO out of seven in the grown-ups' quiz:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c20gkmmmp85o

and TWO out of five in the kids' one:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/articles/cldyny3ypnko

YOU can do a LOT better than that though, can't you?

Oops!

I almost missed your scores there, Haras2!  Sorry about that!

You still did better than me, anyway!

I hope that you and yours (obviously including your feline friend) are all well and that you'll have a good week!

Consistent again this week, 3 on each quiz.

Child like this week.

2/7

3/5

gobolino is a bit of a mystery

He is very friendly - loves cuddles - but disappears for hours on end, often over night .

^^^ He's clearly a proper cat, Haras2!

Better than me, anyway, Canary42 - twice over!

There's nowt wrong with being childlike, Kwillmott 🧒

A bit better this week Chris. 3/7 and 3/5. But I have to take issue with a couple of answers.

Nowhere on this planet is the sea "hundreds of miles deep". The deepest is the Marianas Trench, which is about 9 miles deep. But you already knew that. Also, I always thought that planets in a line was called alignment, not a gathering. Rant over. Time for brekky! 😄

Better than me, anyway, 10CS!

I'm often mystified by some of the answers too - or maybe that's just my excuse for getting so many of them wrong!

Adult 3/7 - Kids 3/5

Better than me then, Maggie - twice over!

3/7, 5/5. Bit late to the party, Bailey had his surgery yesterday and is now bouncing around the house ( must have been upset at the vets as he wouldn't eat anything, has made up for it now). Think Puss Puss enjoyed the day by himself ( and no competition for food).Hope all is good with you and yours

Another tardy latecomer, here, Chris.

6/7 - can't believe i got the tennis question wrong 😖

3/5 in the kid's quiz

Hi, Campbellking.

Well done on being a perfect kid this week!

I'm glad to read that Bailey is recovering well (and that Puss Puss is on fine form too!)

We're all well here, I think.  (I'm currently waiting for a consultant to phone me to tell me whether I'm still alive or not!).   😁

Well done, Ken!

Good scores as always from you, I see!
