No, I think it will highlight the 'cause', hopefully make people more aware and help the WWF. The only sad thing is that we find ourselves in this scenario and we caused it.
i'd save the animals, as the above said its our fault in the first place! two of the said animals which are going to be fetured in the programme are mans only predators! funny how they are nearly extinct!
Yes I agree with you missjef. This time it's animals competing for votes in a celebrity/reality programme. At least it may raise some money for an endangered species, but we really shouldn't have to,and we certainly should'nt do it in this way.
Hi, I think it's a pretty good way to highlight the plight of these animals and I agree with duckster about them being 'mans predator'....well not the parrot and the turtle!!! Question to ganesh....Why shouldn't we have to raise money for them? It's mans greed that has destroyed them. And, why not in this way? I think it gives people a chance to give as little or as much as they want.....without having to sign a direct debit for x a month.
Divegirl-I just meant that we shouldn't have let the situation get like that and that government money should be given rather than charity. I want to save ALL the animals and we shouldn't be in a position where we have to choose which ones are helped and which ones we let go!I agree with you we need to raise money for it and I do as I am a member of WWF, it just looks like rather a tacky way of doing it,it's going to be like that Save the old building programme where one is saved and the other knocked down.
