if you niss out the carbs and then at any time you feel faint... strangely faint in a way youve never felt before, eat as much bread pasta or p[otato products as you can immedetely then go to hospital!
you can miss out carbs by eating salads with meats, chicken, steak, salad leaves, miss out tomatoe, onion should be ok, cucumber peppers,
if you are planning on missing out carbs altogether then you need to only do it for a few days at a time, or it can be very very dangerous
i am not a proffessional, and neither is anyone else on this site, and even if they claim to be or actually are, you need to speak with a registered dietition or gp on this matter before you take anyones advice and choose a diet that ay be unsuitable.

My younger brother thought that cutting out carbs for a few days lost him a lil weight so he took this to the extreme and cut it out altogether for a good few weeks, he ended up in hospital and had to have a camera somewhere where its just not meant to go. Listen to Daave and be wise about it maybe just reduce the intake or do alternate days.

You shouldn't really cut out Carbohydrates altogether. Potatoes in moderation are not fattening ..it's the butter and gravy we slather over them that's got the fat in it !
Substitute white bread for wholemeal and ordinary rice and pasta with brown rice or wholemeal pasta.
If you are really concerned about your weight see your GP .
I was overweight due to a thyroid condition but the "sensible" programme from a qualified dietician worked and I am back to my normal weight. Some of these diet fads can be dangerous .

Try wholewheat/ brown bread, its a lot more filling and healthier than white bread and quenches your appetite quickly and for a longer period of time.
Potatoes, well you can't substitute them.
Carbs are quite addictive I know and it takes time to cut down on them in your daily diet. To avoid having too much of these try to fill yourself up by eating a big salad at the start of every meal followed by foods high in protein, followed by carbs at the very end. If you do it right, you'll not be able to finish/ eat too much of the potatoes no matter how much you lovethem.

I am an old Lady Sam and we all know how to lose weight - it is VERY simple - eat less (check the food pyramid to see what to have more and less of) and move your body more. If there were any shortcuts I would have found them by now :) The good news is they say it only takes 21 days to get rid of a bad habit or create a new good one.
