missing tickets

can i insist on a different method of receiving my tickets?they have gone missing,according to the travel agent,and they are forcing me to pick the replacements up at heathrow.A previous experience leaves me very reluctant to do this.never mind the inconvenience involved

You could insist they courier them to you, but I suspect they won't. Ask, and find out their reasons.
