Watching the Mint, a few minutes ago someone rang in and said, "You are fake, I'm reporting you to Watchdog" The presenter did a good job in trying to cover up the embarassment, of the call.
What do you all think?
I wouldn't call into these shows myself, but seeing that big money is tempting. But I still wouldn't call.

I think these Channels are blatant Daylight Robbery and should be banned and all the Presenters should all be thrown on a huge Bonfire next Week......Patronising Tw'ts
These games channels are under the microscope at the moment - I think the OFT might be pressuring them to make clearer the chances of a caller getting through and what it will cost them. They're very depressing viewing. The only one I'll watch is Quiz Night Live on FTN, and only when Vicky's presenting as I find her really cute, and even then only for a few mins!
Fair play to whoever called in, nice one. These shows disgust me. the sooner OFT sort them out the better.
Having to work nights. I sometime tune in and watch this show, just to hear the most stupid answers. The best one at the moment is, name a property on a Monopoly Board the answer come back The Houses of Parliment. Now the woman caller sounded like no spring chicken, I fail to beleive she had never played monopoly (who has'nt) so where that answer come from?? Can you imagine the cash they are raking in????
It's a wonder this caller was put through to air at all ! The phone-producer must have had the infamous sudden rush of blood to the head ( unless the call was selected and aired at random. ) Good on the caller for pointing it out !
Attrocious crap.

On 19 May 2006, officers from the Fraud Squad raided the offices of BIG Game TV!, makers of The Daily Quiz! after a BBC Radio 4 investigation for the You and Yours programme found that receptionists were told to ignore all incoming calls for long periods of time while 150-200 calls per minute were clocked up at 75p a time.

For this reason, The Daily Quiz! was dropped by ITV Play and is no longer in production.

ITV Play currently sets itself a limit of 150 entries, the maximum permitted, throughout a day. More here:
