Cant get rid of Virusburst programme

Can anyone help I have a programme lodged on my tool bar bottom right called Virusburst. It is obviously a Trojan or severe spyware but I cannot get rid of this programme, having tried every conceivable virus and spyware programme, this f***er is here to stay. Could anyone in the know give me some tips, it has totally infected my system. Cheers

Wooof! that's some procedure, Kempie. Why can't people visit the homes of the authors of programs like Virusburst, taking along a baseball bat.
