You forgot the most important bit.....Robert dies at the end.....but 'visits' Alison one last time and tells her that he's "not ready to go"......was very emotional.

I don't Think Robert has actually died yet as I saw a picture from the last episode of the series next week. In the picture Robert was in a hospital bed wired up to a machine and Alison was sitting beside him at the bed. I think he is in a coma and that his spirit went to see Alison to Let her know. Gripping stuff .One of ITV1's best programmes.:-D

I thought last night was the last of the serie's! Im thrilled its not finished yet. I had a feeling Robert would appear to Alison. Great viewing!

Well I did think it strange that an ambulance would race off, sirens going, when the person inside it was dead!
