For anyone interested in my engine cutting out problem, previously mentioned in http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Motoring/Questi on314174.html - the car went in to my local ford dealers on Wednesday - they kept the car all day and claimed to have changed an "engine management ring" - anyone got any ideas what this is ?

has it fixed the problem,if so,why worry. but if your that bothered i will ask my son,he works for ford
