Sky Plus problems

Our 5 month old sky plus set up has suddenly decided to play up - the signal strength has reduced to virtually nothing - could this be the LNB - and if so will Sky try to charge for a replacement ?
If so - they can swivel !!!

If it's only 5 months old, I'd contact Sky.

If they can swivel, then I guess you'll be stuck with Sky that continues to play up!
